Who we are
A registration service built around how Nigerian founders actually work
We started Register Your Business in Lagos in 2020, after watching too many good businesses stay informal — not because the owners didn't care, but because the process felt confusing, slow and easy to get wrong.
Since then our team of more than 20 has handled registrations and compliance filings for businesses across Nigeria, from first-time sole traders to limited companies bidding for corporate contracts. We work where our clients already are: on WhatsApp, in plain language, with one flat price agreed before anything starts.
Everything we offer is handled by one team — registration, compliance, branding and your website — so nothing falls between vendors and no one can pass the blame.
